Unlimited: What The Gospel Is About | Good News Unlimited
There are many theories today about what the Gospel is about, but that’s all they are: just theories. This was exactly the same situation that existed in the apostle Paul’s day. Paul wrote his letter to the church in Rome to establish exactly what the Gospel is, and isn’t.

Unlimited: A Descendant Of David | Good News Unlimited
The apostle Paul is describing the Gospel, and he just told us that the Gospel is about Jesus. Now he goes on to tell us what is most important for us to know about Jesus. The first thing Paul tells us here is “as to his earthly life.” This directly implies that Jesus had another life apart from his “earthly life.” He did indeed. He had a heavenly life as the eternally pre-existent, divine Son of God. Then Paul goes on to tell us that “as to his earthly life” Jesus was a descendant of David. Why is that important for us to know? Because our God keeps his promises, and he had promised many hundreds of years before the coming of Jesus into the world that the Messiah would be David’s descendant (e.g. Isaiah 11:1; Jeremiah 23:5–6).

The Idolatry of Mary Worship
After his prophetic vision of the eternal glories of heaven at the end of the book of Revelation, the apostle John described how he was overwhelmed by what he’d seen. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things. But he said

En JUNGFRU eller ung kvinna – almah – födde Jesus som ett TECKEN – Jes 7:14

The Big Uglies that Lead to Bigger Trouble-
Sin is much more complex than a simple act. There’s always a lead-up. No one just wakes up one day and out of the clear blue sky decides “today I will commit murder”. The book of James tells us tha…

Covenant or kingdom?
(Photo: Pexels) We’re God’s kingdom. That defines the relationship between heaven and earth. God is sovereign; we are his creatures in the earthly realm that is governed by heaven. Our relationship with God is that of king and kingdom. Or maybe covenant is the unifying theme? There’s no shortage of...

Romans 1: God will not override human freedom. God cannot force people.
God does not force us, even in the future life, but gives evidence of "His invisible attributes" (Romans 1). If we reject Him, He gives us up.
