And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath ,.... The Targum is, "Miriam, who was called Ephrath"; but, according to Josephus F17 Antiqu. l. 3. c. 2. , it was his son Hur that was the husband of Miriam the sister of Moses:
