Genesis 34:23

Genesis 34:23 [Shall] not their cattle and their substance and every beast of theirs [be] ours? only let us consent unto them, and they will dwell with us.

Ver. 23. Shall not their cattle, &c. ] Profit persuades mightily with the multitude. They all look to their own way; "Every one for his gain from his quarter".
