Leviticus 4:17

Lev 4:17 And the priest shall dip his finger [in some] of the blood, and sprinkle [it] seven times before the LORD, [even] before the vail.

Ver. 17. Seven times. ] A number of perfection; to note the most absolute sufficiency of Christ’s death to purge and reconcile us to God; and that he is able to save such to the uttermost ( εις το παντελες ) that come unto God by him. Heb 7:25
