Nehemiah 3:3

Neh 3:3 But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who [also] laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

Ver. 3. But the fish gate ] That stood toward the sea, and let in fishermen, as the men of Tyre, Nehemiah 13:16 ; Nehemiah 13:19 .

Did the sons of Hassenaah build ] Whether this Hassenaah were a man or a city it appeareth not.
