Jeremiah 18:4

Jer 18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make [it].

Ver. 4. And the vessel which he made of clay was marred. ] Or, The vessel which he was making miscarried, as clay in the potter’s hand.

“ Non semper feriet quodcunque minabitur arcus. ”
