Ezekiel 28:23

Eze 28:23 For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD.

Ver. 23. For I will send into her. ] These are God’s evil angels.

And the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her. ] This was done likely by Nebuchadnezzar; but certainly by Artaxerxes Ochus the Persian, as the prophet Zechariah had foretold, Zec 9:3-5 and as Diodorus Siculus hath left upon record.
