Ezekiel 43:24

Eze 43:24 And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up [for] a burnt offering unto the LORD.

Ver. 24. And the priests shall cast salt upon them. ] Christians must "have salt a within themselves," Mar 9:50 and see to it that all their speeches be seasoned with the salt of mortification and discretion; Eph 4:29 Col 4:6 so shall God make an everlasting covenant with them, even a "covenant of salt." See Leviticus 2:13 .
