John 4:32

32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.

Ver. 32. I have meat to eat, &c. ] Abraham’s servant would not eat till he had despatched, his errand, Genesis 24:33 . When we are to woo for Christ, we should forget our own interests and occasions. Quaerite primum, &c. Seek first the kingdom of God.
