Verse 44
44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
Ver. 44. Jesus cried, &c. ] As being now to cry his last to them, and is therefore so earnest in his contestation. This was the Conclamatum est proclaimed to this perverse people, his farewell sermon, &c.
