Verse 34
34 And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.
Ver. 34. For the tumult ] All was on a hurry, as it was Act 19:23-29 at Ephesus, vel ut in regno Cyclopico.
Into the castle ] Called Antonia, near the temple, where the soldiers kept garrison.
