How to Have Off-Road Big-Tire Faith - Sharon Jaynes
When Jesus invites me to go off-road with big tire faith, off the well-paved path where believers for centuries have traveled mundane, mediocre, safe-faith roads, I’m all in.

Do Not Be Afraid - Booty and Treasures fer All!
Your life is much more than food and clothes. To those who have great faith in me, your requests are granted, for if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. I am the one who rebukes the wind and the waves.

Vad säger Bibeln om att gifta sig mellan raser och med “främlingar”?

God, Do You Even Care?
I preached a sermon recently as part of a team preaching through 1 Peter. The second point of that sermon was, “Life is Pain.” That’s just a fact. Life is pain. Peter jumps with both feet directly into that reality. Jesus modeled a life of prayer for us. The apostle Paul directs us to “pray…

REFUSE TO GIVE UP
Without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever draws near to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). It was by faith that Noah, being warned by God 120 years before the coming flood, constructed an ark to save his household. A great example of faith was a Canaanite woman, who cried out to Jesus, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.” His disciples begged Jesus to send her away.He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” But she came and knelt before Him, saying, “Lord, help me.” He answered, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” She said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table” (Matthew 15:20-27). Why did Jesus respond to the woman in this way? …“In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Chris” (1 Peter 1:6-7).
