(iii) The third commandment not to fear is in Matthew 10:31 ; and it is based on the certainty of the detailed care of God. If God cares for the sparrows, surely he will care for men. Matthew says that two sparrows are sold for a penny and yet not one of them falls to the ground without the knowledge of God.
