21. Land In Joel 1:10, it is represented as mourning; now the danger is past, therefore, it is time for rejoicing. The land rejoices when it greens and brings forth abundant harvest. Jehovah will do great things R.V., “hath done.” The same phrase as that applied to the locusts in Joel 2:20 (Psalms 126:2-3).
