‘For he of whom these things are said belongs to another tribe, from which no man has given attendance at the altar.’ And this is demonstrated by the fact that that High Priest of Whom these things are said, our Lord Himself, is from a different tribe than Levi, a tribe from which no man has given attendance at the altar (has directly offered sacrifices), nor has the right to under the Law.
