Today’s reading is from 1 Peter 1:3-4

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

"To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,"

Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.

Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:

3. According to what has God given us hope? His abundant mercy.

4. What hope has He given us? Resurrection from the dead.
