At his wedding, Samson told a riddle that he thought would stump the men there so that he would receive new clothing from them. The riddle was 'Out of the eater came something to eat, And out of the strong came something sweet'. Now the Philistines couldn't figure out this riddle on their own, but they were determined to do so, for if they succeeded, Samson would have to give them new clothing. And they did find out the answer. How did they do it? In Lesson 44 of our study of Judges we learn the answer to this question.
