Chicago back in 1990's railroad tracks dividing Nieghborhoods like Back of the Yards and West Englewood were railroad carts were left full of merchandise and some with guns were broken into and those guns landed in the streets of Chicago.

Now many believe that crates full of guns found in alleys of these nieghborhoods are planted by the CIA and unfortunately the people who found them keep and sell these weapons in the streets an or keep them rather doing the right thing and reported to Law Enforcement of their findings and begin an investigation of its orgins.
