Summary: In this sermon (preached from Psalm 51 by Pastor Andrew Ray), we learn that David had sinned against the Lord, but was unaffected by his wickedness. Then, God sent a prophet to confront him and present a scenario of a sin that had occurred in his kingdom (it was David's sin, but under the guise of another sin). When David learned that it was him that was guilty before God and that he had been found out, he pleaded for mercy! The consequences of David's sin would remain, but he would live to see another day and be on the receiving end of God's mercy.
