Israel had once again gone off into idolatry, and once again God punished them with oppression from foreign nations (this time the Philistines and Ammonites). When they repented, God told them that he would no longer deliver them due to their incessant rebellion. Israel however didn't dig in their heels, they wanted to show God that they had indeed repented of this idolatry. What did they do to show God this, and how did He react? In Lesson 34 of our study of Judges we learn the answer to this question.
