Christians have the responsibility from God to speak his Word to each other, even when it's bad news. Pointing out a fellow believer's sin, even when done in love to lead them to repentance, can be met with opposition. But the Lord gives us the strength, desire, and ability to do so out of love for him, his Word, and that person's soul.
