Hello Lion’s Den! This video is a continuation of the verse-by-verse study that we have been doing through the Book of Matthew and it focuses specifically on chapter 7 verses 12-14, which is the part of the Sermon on the Mount where Jesus tells us, “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”
In today’s video we explore the meaning of this passage and explain how these statements build upon Jesus’ earlier teachings in this sermon and use that to help us see how we can apply this message effectively in our day to day life.
