It is a great thing to know ourselves in our
nothingness and vileness--and to know Christ
as ours in His all-sufficient fullness.
Our extremity is God's opportunity to display
His glory as the God of all grace, and our very
present help in times of trouble, and the more
to endear His delivering kindness to our souls.
