It is Christ in us doing the loving and living, His way. The carnal sins, all sins, are confessed and forgiven, covered by the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. He pays the penalty o f our sin, instead of us, all free from God. "Love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness …" Galatians 5:22 need no longer to be "cranked out" of the old nature. This is life at its best. Don't wait. Have it now! The new life is free from constant trying, struggling and coping on our own. It is by faith. The Spirit of God is our answer against Satan, and our hope of Heaven. We begin to see building up of concern for one another. "We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Romans 15:1. Our world filled with the poor and hungry, sick, forgotten, broken and fearful, and multitudes who are headed for Eternity without Christ, are without hope. For us, inviting people to receive Christ, and His gift of Life takes on anew imperative. Be willing to tell the world of God's plan for our lives. Because the Holy SpirIt is doing it, through us, more will happen, more than we can do alone. We may be busier than ever, but less weary and frustrated, because the main burden is upon our Lord. Christ now enables, He delivers us from self-trust, fear and even shyness. "Greater is He Who is in you, than he who is in the world". I John 4:4 This is the Bible pattern for beautiful living. It is God's normal, based not on feeling and theory but upon the Eternal, sufficient Word of God. Bondage GIVES WAY TO FREEDOM: forgiveness and Eternal Life become precious and wanted. All this is in full dependence upon our Lord Jesus Christ.
