In today's text (John 1:15-18) we see that Jesus is greater than all. Jesus is greater than every one born in this world since He is from all eternity. also, Jesus is greater than the Law given to Israelites that was preparatory in nature, as well as pointing them to Jesus the full and final revelation of God.
