(1 Chronicles 28: 9,10) (1 Chronicles 28:20) - HOW WE SHOULD DO THE WORK OF GOD.
And you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and a willing soul; for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands all imaginations of thoughts; if you seek him, he will be found of you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.
Behold, now, because the Lord hath chosen thee to build a house for the sanctuary; Be strong and do the work.

20 And David said unto Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do the work; fear not, nor be dismayed; for the Lord God my God is with you; he will not leave you nor forsake you until you have finished all the work of the service of the house of the Lord.

THE KINGDOM OF GOD is very comprehensive, and encompasses all human beings. However, all human beings have the opportunity to participate in the KINGDOM OF GOD, but always of their own free will. THE KINGDOM OF GOD requires no one to participate, to be part of the KINGDOM OF GOD is a personal and spontaneous decision.

And always when someone makes the decision to belong to the KINGDOM OF GOD. He does it for LOVE, but there are many who want to participate in the KINGDOM OF GOD, because he is afraid to stay out of the KINGDOM OF GOD, and is afraid of not participating in ETERNAL LIFE, and are afraid that after death he will have to live in hell .
Then by these fears they reach the KINGDOM OF GOD, but not out of love. Only by fear.

Those who arrive by LOVE, thrive in the KINGDOM OF GOD. And he abides, but those who come by fear do not triumph, nor do they abide, because fear passes quickly, so he becomes accustomed to the situation, and is always putting off the decision for LOVE, because they love another kingdom. They like to participate in the kingdom of the world.

Then they stand with one foot in the KINGDOM OF GOD, and the other foot in the kingdom of the wicked one. But this attitude does not thrive, for the word of God says that God knows hearts and intentions. The intention comes from the brain. And desires come from the heart. God knows the intentions and desires of all. And he knows who loves him, and who does not love him, but wants to take advantage of his kingdom.

In today's study, we will meet an episode where a father, on his deathbed, gives some guidance to his son. And these guidelines he passes on to his son, he does so by being very knowledgeable. About what he wants to pass on to his son. These two characters, his father's name was David, his son's name was Solomon.

In Chronicles, chapter 28, verse 9. David addresses his son in this way: "AND YOU, MY SOLOMON SON, KNOW THE GOD OF HIS FATHER". The first orientation of the father to the son, is for the son to know God. For Solomon's relationship to GOD to prosper, Solomon would have to know GOD deeply.

You must have a great knowledge of God so that you can flow the projects that God intends to accomplish through someone. In the case of Solomon, Solomon had a mission to build a great house for GOD (A GREAT CHURCH). Where many people could find GOD in that house.

Then David continues to guide his son: "SERVE HIM WITH A PERFECT HEART, AND A VOLUNTEER SOUL." These two sentences are very deep, because perfect heart to say, total sincerity, and voluntary soul, means to do for LOVE.

When we participate in a relationship, we have to surrender ourselves, and act in this relationship with DEDICATION. So the projects between the two will be perfect.

Why does David give these advice to his son?

"FOR GOD KNOWS ALL HEARTS, AND UNDERSTANDS ALL IMAGINATIONS OF THOUGHTS".

See that it is no use trying to deceive God, if we do it for LOVE, HE KNOWS. But if we do it to receive something in return, so does He. Because there are many mercenaries in the works of God.

David continues to speak with his son: "IF YOU SEEK IT, YOU WILL BE FINDED OF IT, BUT IF YOU LEAVE IT, YOU WILL REJECT IT FOREVER."
Because God has chosen you to build a house, to be the sanctuary of God, therefore, and STRENGTHEN IT AND DO THE WORK.
