In this 12th Corona Virus lockdown virtual Bible study, Pastor Kevin applies the past teachings in 1 John to the rioting, looting and related lawlessness that is currently sweeping some areas of the country and world as a result of the killing of George Floyd.

If the people in the country had embraced Jesus and His commandments, George Floyd would still be alive and our cities and towns would be at peace.

But when a people reject the Prince of Peace as their savior and Lord, terrible consequences are the result, some of which are now being manifested in our country.

The Apostle John emphasizes over and over that God is love and those who worship Him will abide in love for others.

How sad that God’s love is being exchanged for hatred against one another.

How can we have hope? Jesus taught us to pray, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” A wonderful hope that will be realized by those who are His.
