*NOTE: We had some technical difficulties beginning this class. The Father's Day Message is transcribed below:
"First off, I'd like to say happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there. Remember, the role of the father and mother is the most important to the future of the nation. The rearing of the child to ensure they are able to receive the gospel message, and learn bible doctrine so that they can function as productive members of society is one of the most important responsibilities that a mother and father have."
In this class, we continue to see how Peter's analogy of "taste" and food relates to God's grace and the provision of salvation and the fact that our efforts are not meritorious, just like our ability to taste different foods is not meritorious, but provided by God.
