1 Samuel 2: 6-8) - GO, SELL WHAT YOU TAKE, AND GIVE TO THE POOR, YOU WANT TO SAY, TRUST TOTALLY IN GOD
The Lord is the one who takes the life and gives it; he brings down to the grave and causes it to rise again.
The Lord impoverishes and enriches; it lowers and exalts also.
Raise up the poor from the dust, and from the dunghill exalts the needy, to set him among the princes, to make him inherit the throne of glory; for the foundations of the earth are of the Lord, and the world is set upon them.
(1 Samuel 2: 6-8)
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go, and sell all that thou hast, and give it to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come, and follow me.
(Matthew 19:21)
Dear brothers in Christ, it is with great joy that we are studying the word of God together with you in the presence of the CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH in the presence of the LORD JESUS CHRIST and in the presence of the HOLY SPIRIT.
In the course of a walk with God, after man makes a true covenant with God, he goes on to discover how this covenant works with God, in practice, day by day.
We can understand the difference between those who do not know GOD, and those who have an alliance with GOD. A life entirely dependent on the ALTÍSSIMO, and all our accomplishments by the ALTÍSSIMO.
When we have an alliance of a relationship at the level of a true covenant, a true commitment, and when we take this commitment of ours seriously to Him, and feel the comfort of this security that this alliance brings to us, the inner peace that this alliance produces in our heart, then, we find the solution to all our problems, the solution to all our anxieties, and the solution to our prosperity and the solution to the comfort, our well-being, and our family.
In today's study, in the book of First Samuel, in chapter 2, in verse 6 to 9. It is very well understood, because we must have an alliance with God, and put our trust in God, and not worry about anything else .
No problem, no affliction can have room in our mind, because, instead of affliction, we have the phrase: "I WILL SEE WHAT GOD WILL DO IN THIS CASE."
Any problem that arises, is not of our account. It is the responsibility of the ALTÍSSIMO, OF OUR GOD. It is not our responsibility to be a provider, or a problem solver.
This does not mean that we should remain inert, without attitudes, but it means that whatever attitude we take will be guided and directed by the CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, through the HOLY SPIRIT, and through the angels of God. God has a legion of angels at our disposal.
In Psalm 91, it is written, "FOR HE SHALL SENT THE ANGELS TO PROTECT YOU, THAT NOT TROPE IN NO STONE".
Then let's see what is written here in First Samuel, in verse 6: "THE LORD IS THAT THAT TAKES LIFE, AND GIVES HIM TO BE THE SEPULTURE, AND MAKES HIM TO RISE HIM. OF THE ESTERCO EXCELLS THE NEEDED, TO MAKE IT SEEN BETWEEN THE PRINCE TO MAKE IT INHERIT THE THORON OF GLORY, BECAUSE OF THE LORD ARE THE LICKS OF THE EARTH, AND SEATED ON THEM THE WORLD, OF THE FEET OF THE SAINTS WILL KEEP, BUT THE PEOPLE WILL MAKE CHANGES IN THE TREVAS, FOR MAN WILL NOT PREVAIL FOR HIS STRENGTH. "
Dear brothers, in order to understand what a true covenant means, we have to know with whom we are making this covenant, make an alliance with God, it means that we are making the only option in terms of covenant.
Because here in the text he identifies our GOD, in this way: "He is the One Who brings LIFE, AND HE WHO GIVES LIFE. HE IS THE ONE WHO MAKES DOWN THE SEPULTURA, AND HE IS THE ONE WHO MAKES UP THE SEPULTURE. , OF THE LOW LEVEL OF POVERTY, HE STRIP OF THE GARBAGE THE NEEDY. HE SHOOTS THE POOR OF POWDER, THE NEEDED OF THE GARBAGE TO MAKE IT SEEN BETWEEN THE PRINCE, AND TO MAKE INHERIT THE THORON OF GLORY, BECAUSE HE HAD POWER, HE WAS IT WHO BECAME THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH, AND SEATED THE EARTH ABOUT THEM. "
Dear brothers, it is very good to have God as our partner, as our guardian, as our shield, it is WHO who solves all our problems.
8 In all things we are afflicted, but not afflicted; perplexed, but not desperate; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; slaughtered, but not destroyed;
10 always bearing in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies; (2 Corinthians 4: 8-18)
Those who have an alliance with God also go through tribulations, persecutions, perplexities, but they do not go through anguish, because they know GOD, which has an alliance, so that in the face of tribulation and perplexity we keep ourselves in peace. Anguish does not overwhelm our minds, because we know that our partner, who has a great alliance, is WHO SOLVES ALL OUR PROBLEMS, it is not our responsibility to solve our problems, but rather, the responsibility of the CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND THE EARTH.
