There is such a thing as praying yourself empty. You talk to the LORD, you make requests to the LORD, and you thank the LORD...and you thank the LORD...and eventually you have nothing left to say. You've emptied your burdens again and again on the LORD, and now there is this peace there that surpasses all understanding.
