With power and authority comes accountability and responsibility. We can not claim power and authority without accepting, recognizing, and repenting when we error, miss the mark and sin. God will forgive, reconcile, and restore us if we repent and accept accountability and responsibility of our sins. When we have leadership that will not accept, recognize, and repent, there will be both personal consequence, and consequence on the people they lead.
