This week we are discussing how flesh is as grass and how life is shorter than we think, so we must be preserved in the Word of God to Abide with Him in eternity. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of Heaven (1 Corinthians 15:50).

All flesh is as grass: This means everything has a season to live and pass on. Ecclesiastes 3:1-3, James 4:13-15

All the glory of man like the flower of grass: This speaks of the day of our youth and not to waste it on the cares of the world. Ecclesiastes 11: 9-10

The grass withers and the flower fades away: Meaning all things will pass away eventually. Psalm 103: 15-16

The Word of the Lord endures forever: This is the only way to be preserved into eternity when all flesh passes away.

To give your life to Jesus say this prayer of repentance:
Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will, in the name of Jesus Amen.
