When Lot was taken captive, Abram was divinely enabled to pursue the enemy and recover all. His meeting with the king of Sodom and Melchizedek was a lesson in contrast which can provide insight into our hearts where our allegiances lie. Faith involves actions to honour God, and may we bless God Most High as we follow Him.
