We’ve learned how to recognize our triggers before a crash out, but what happens when the crash already happened? After a crash out, we have two options: experience shame or experience grace. In Week 6 of the Triggered Series, Pastor Charles Metcalf breaks down the difference between conviction and condemnation and how each impacts our connection with God. While condemnation says you are your mistake, conviction reminds you there’s more for you beyond your mistakes. If you’ve crashed out, know that God is ready and happy to welcome you home.
