We can feel very disconnected in the world that we are living in, but there is nothing that can separate us from God's love.

We begin this short Christian meditation in a mindfulness practice, simply listening to our breath . Then, we consider when we have felt disconnected or lonely. We then ground ourselves in Romans chapter 8 verses 35 - 37. Nothing can separate us from the love of God. We are connected to God through his love and we are also connected to one another through that same love.
