Rev. Norm Seli continues to read and wonder his way through the Book of Genesis. Today, it's Genesis 43: 1-10. So Jacob and his sons have given up on restoring Simeon, until the grain runs out and Jacob wants to send his sons back to Egypt to buy more grain. Norm wonders if Jacob is losing his mind...and also how God could pick such a poor father to be the one by whom the covenant of Abraham is manifested in the world.
