Evangelization, the noun form of the word evangelize, means converting or seeking to convert (someone) to Christianity. To preach the Christian gospel.

That is a scary word, isn’t it? It brings up so many preconceived ideas of going door to door and talking to strangers, and being rejected, and, and, and lions and tigers and bears Oh my.
