Covering the law which was added for transgression, to shut up God's people in a system / loop that would keep them coming back to Him and waiting for Him, until the Seed (Christ) to whom the promise was made would come, and the faith would be revealed.
Baptized into Christ, we have Put Him On, and are clothed with Him, so that we are now sons of God and heirs of Abraham
