We live in a world full of anxiety and fear, one that seeks to rob us of any confidence what so ever, but here is a promise from Him that says that He will watch over us wherever you god. This implies that He always knows where we are at and that He is always there. Nuggets to hang onto, and a verse to remember and tuck away in out hearts.
