Introduction: (What?)
The glory of the New Jerusalem (Zion) will be beyond anything mankind has ever seen or even imagined. Everything will be improved over what had existed before. Words are inadequate to describe the magnificence of the New Jerusalem. Above all else, peace and righteousness will permeate the very atmosphere.

Explanation: (Why?)
1. God’s Building Materials (v17)

2. The environment and gates of the city (v18)

3. The eternal glory of Zion (vv19-22)
