"God's presence isn't measured in proximity. It's proven in His word. God doesn't have to be in the room to heal a family member in Brisbane. God's word changes things. In verse 51 of John 4, "While the man was on his way, some of his servants met him with the news that his son was alive, and he asked them when the boy had begun to get better, and they replied, 'Yesterday afternoon at 1:00 his fever suddenly disappeared.' Then the father realized that was the very time Jesus had told him, 'Your son will live.'" While the man is still on the road, his servants meet him bringing the news, "Your son lives." Jesus doesn't need to show up in the room to change what's in the room."
