In September and October we will conclude our multi-year exploration through the book of Genesis, by resuming and completing the account of Joseph (Genesis 43-50).

Given a dream by God that the Sun, Moon and Stars shall bow down to him, Joseph's life is turned upside down through lies, treachery and injustice from foreigners and from his own family.

Brought down so low that his dreams are all the hope he has left, Joseph's account is the exclamation point on the book of Genesis which highlights the pattern of what God does throughout all human history: What we mean for evil, God means for good, in order that many might be saved.
