After Jesus fed thousands of people with only five loaves and two fish in Bethsaida, the multitude followed Him to Capernaum, a coastal city on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee. The Christ would then answer three different groups concerning their questions and misunderstandings of who He was and what He taught. Some would listen and follow Him. Many more would listen and abandon Him. The question for us today is, "How would we have responded to the Lord if we had been there to hear His teachings?" Join Kevin Patterson of Sebring, Florida, and the Sebring Parkway church of Christ as they continue their study of the fourth book of the New Testament and examine the second of the three groups addressed directly by the Son of God in the sixth chapter. John 6:41-59, the lesson is entitled, "Jesus Answers the Jews."
