The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. John 10:3-4. What a nugget to hide in our hearts! But we also need to ask ourselves the question, Do I know His voice? Am I following Him because I know His voice. It is vitally important that we get to know His voice.
