To help my kids memorize
John 16:23-24, I created a parody of “Take the Last Train to Clarksville” by the Monkees. The text is, "And when that time comes, you will ask nothing of Me. I assure you, most solemnly I tell you that My Father will grant you whatever you ask in My Name. Up to this time you have not asked a thing; but now ask and keep on asking and you will receive, so that your joy, gladness and delight may be full and complete." Sing the song and you will memorize this verse and reference quickly and easily. If you would like to record this scripture memory verse to a different tune, or if you can make a better recording, please leave a link to yours in the comments. Thanks!
