(Judges 6: 23-40) - EVERY PROJECT OF GOD, YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SIGN OF GOD PROVING IT IS OF GOD.

And the LORD said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear not; thou shalt not die.
And Gideon built there an altar unto the LORD, and called unto him, THE LORD IS PEACE; and to this day is in Ophrah the abiezrites.
And it came to pass the same night, that the LORD said unto him, Take the ox that belongs to your father, namely, the second ox of the seven years, and break down the altar of Baal, which is of thy father; and cut down the wood that is beside it.
And build unto the LORD thy God an altar upon the top of this strong place, in a convenient place; and take the second bullock, and offer it for a burnt offering with the wood that you cut out of the forest.
And Gideon took ten men out of his servants, and did as the LORD had told him; And it came to pass, when he feared the house of his father, and the men of that city, that he did it not by day, but he did it by night.
And when the men of the city rose up early in the morning, behold, the altar of Baal was broken down, and the wood was cut by it; and the second ox offered on the altar that was built.
And they said one to another, Who did this thing? And they searched, and inquired, and said, Gideon the son of Joash did this thing.
And the men of the city said unto Joash, Bring out thy son; to die; for he overthrew the altar of Baal, and cut down the wood that was by his side.
And Joash said unto all that stood against him, Will ye confine to Baal? Will ye deliver him? Anyone who contends for him this morning will be killed; if he be a god, strive in himself; for they have cut down his altar.
And it came to pass on that day, that they called him Jerubbaal, saying, Let Baal fight against him, because he hath broken his altar.
And all the Midianites, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east were gathered together, and passed by, and pitched in the valley of Jezreel.
And the Spirit of the LORD clothed Gideon, and he blew the trumpet, and the Abiezites gathered themselves together after him.
And he sent messengers throughout the tribe of Manasseh, who also gathered after him; and he sent messengers to Asher, and Zebulun, and Naphtali, who went out to meet him.
And Gideon said unto God, If thou shalt deliver Israel by my hand, as thou hast said,
Behold, I will put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor; If the dew is only in the fleece, and the whole earth is dried up, then I will know that you will deliver Israel by my hand, as you have said.
And so it came to pass; because the next day rose up at dawn, and tightened the veil; and the dew that squeezed from the fleece, filled a cup of water.
And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be kindled against me, if I speak only this once; I beg you to do this only with the veil this time; I pray thee, let the fleece alone be dry, and let the dew be in all the earth.
And God did so that night; for the fleece was dry only, and there was dew upon all the earth.
