Today’s Verse: Deuteronomy 1:2 (NKJV)
“It is eleven days’ journey from Horeb by way of Mount Seir to Kadesh Barnea.”

What should have taken Israel eleven days took forty years. Why? One word—unbelief. God had given them His law and clear direction, but instead of trusting Him, they resisted, argued, and tried to do things their own way. The result was decades of wandering in the wilderness, missing out on the blessings they could have walked into in days.

We face the same choice. Will we follow God’s instructions immediately, or will we stall and circle the desert of our own stubbornness? Delayed obedience is costly. The Lord is calling you to trust Him fully—right now—not after you’ve tried your way first.

Today, choose to follow Him without hesitation. Lay aside your own logic, surrender your will, and let Him lead you straight into His promises. Don’t spend a lifetime wandering when the way forward is only a step of faith away.
