Today’s Verse: Isaiah 45:23 (NKJV)
“I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that to Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.”

This is the comfort and confidence of every believer: God has sworn by Himself. There is no one greater to confirm His covenant, so He swears by His own name that His promises will stand. His forgiveness is forever. His love is forever. His covenant is forever.

But this also carries urgency. Just as God shut the door of Noah’s ark when the flood came, the time will come when His door of mercy closes. Now is the time to run into Christ, to find safety in Him, and to rest in His security. Jesus Himself said that no one can snatch you out of His hand.

So today, cast your cares on Him and leave them there. Stop carrying what He has already promised to bear. He has sworn by Himself, and His oath is unbreakable. Rest in His promise, surrender your worry, and walk in His unshakable peace.
