Today’s Verse: Psalm 62:8 (NKJV)
“Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah”

God invites you to bring more than just words. He calls you to pour out your very heart before Him. When the burdens are heavy and words feel weak, He still hears. Your sighs, your tears, your groans all rise before Him as prayers. Even when you feel powerless, the very fact that you turn to Him shows your trust.

Like David, you can bring the full weight of your grief, fears, and longings into God’s presence. He does not turn you away. Instead, He is your refuge, your safe place when the pressures of life press too hard.

So today, don’t hold back. Pour out your heart before Him. Trust Him with every concern, every loved one, every fear. He is strong enough to carry it all, and His presence is enough to sustain you.
