Today’s Verse: Joel 2:25–26 (NKJV)
“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame.”

God’s heart is one of restoration. Though Israel faced judgment for disobedience, He promised to restore what had been devoured to redeem wasted years and renew His blessings. That same promise is extended to all who turn to Him in repentance and faith.

Perhaps your “locust years” were marked by pain, rebellion, or hardship. Yet God delights in restoring what was lost. His grace not only forgives it, but rebuilds. He can make the barren fruitful again and fill your life with joy, satisfaction, and praise.

So today, come before Him with humility and hope. Ask Him to restore what sin, sorrow, or suffering has consumed. He is the God who rebuilds broken years and renews weary hearts. Praise His name, for He has dealt wondrously with you and He will never put His people to shame.
